I’m a designer specializing in research and strategy, creating meaningful experiences grounded in human-centered design. With a diverse cultural and technological background, I approach social challenges through a systemic and equity-centered lens.

At the City of Syracuse, I design public services at the intersection of government and the residents it serves. I bring a trauma-informed approach to human-centered design, helping departments see how their processes hold up in practice and rebuild the ones that don't, so residents can navigate city systems with dignity.
